Xbox 360 Software to be Licensed?

IGN has the details on the Xbox’s underlying software and hardware possibly being licensed to third party manufacturers or developers. A bit of fluff, for the most part, but the company’s Xbox Lives system has its merits and could make for an interesting addition to dekstop PCs and other devices.
