InformationWeek has a few details on a version of Windows Server 2003, which Microsoft is working on, that would allow for a cluster of PCs to connect together and work in parallel as one “supercomputer”. Hopefully licensing keeps it on the low side, no need to tack on $300+ to each PC when a single PC in a cluster can be built at a cost lower than most Microsoft operating systems.
