TechPowerUp has a look at the Thermalright Ultra 90 heatsink. It uses a common cooling method which usually means a few heatpipes and a large number of aluminum fins and it turns out to be very effective. A nice cooler which can be made as quiet as you want it to be since you pick the fan that goes on it.
