High-Res Audio Languishing

Designtechnica has an interesting opinion piece on the state of high fidelity audio formats such as SACD and DVD-Audio which hasn’t been marketed very well by the music industry and, as a result, very few releases make use of the technology. Quite a few good points in the article but they should work themselves out over time with “High Def” being all the rage these days.
