Google Mail may be OK in the UK

Google’s upcoming Gmail email service, which offers up to 1GB of email storage, probably won’t face problems with its service in the UK as long as they disclose details to the end-user. Gmail will supposedly scan emails, with no human intervention, and insert some sort of ad on the page which may not have gone over well in the UKsince they have strict privacy laws.
