FTC to Tackle Spyware

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission will be looking at its options in combating the not-so-lovable software that is broadly termed as spyware according to USA Today. While spam is mostly a threat to bandwidth and productivity, spyware has become an insidious problem that appears to be running mostly unchecked.
