Digital Audio News writes of Fraunhofer Institute’s plan to add digital rights management into its future MP3 format. It will allow vendors, I presume, to add a purchaser’s info to a track which can then be traced back to the purchaser in case it gets released onto the web. A little lite on details but more info should become available soon.
