Balloons in Low Orbit

JP Aerospace has a nutty idea involving balloons filled with helium which will orbit the earth at somewhat low altitudes at cheaper prices than current unmanned drones. Initial interest in their project is from the U.S. Military but the “inexpensive” crafts could be useful for consumer services as well. MSNBC has the rest of the story.
