X-bit labs has a review of the Zalman CNPS9500 LED heatsink/fan combo. Zalman prides itself on creating low-noise cooling solutions which usually means a ton of surface area and larger, slower spinning fans. This time they’ve wrapped some heatpipes in with the fins creating a fantastic performer.
