CommsDesign writes of the, supposed, upcoming explosion in broadband Wi-Fi adoption, but first companies are going to have to spend some serious dough to see it happen. They cover some of the possible routes providers could take in getting their service to people. The biggest problem will be convincing people to drop their cable lines and go with wireless, although mobile PC/PDA users should be easy to hook.
