SystemCooling has a look at the Thermaltake Silent PurePower fan-less power supply. The engineers behind this product attached a ton of heatpipes and copper fins outside of the powersupply’s usual casing which pulls heat away from its innards resulting in a fan free design. Unfortunately most PCs rely on the power supply fan to double as an exhaust point so other measures will have to be taken.
