Legion Hardware has a review of the Thermaltake Rocket water-cooling kit. The setup uses a large finned aluminum tube to passively cool the liquid. A quieter way of doing things and it seems capable enough to handle heat from the CPU, graphics chip, and northbridge of their decked out PC.
