Speedy DSL Technology

ZDNet has the story of Texas Instruments flexible UDSL technology which is capable of high speed bandwidth at decent distances. The technology is able to scale speeds from ADSL quality service to VDSL’s 52Mbps closer to telco equipment and in some cases up to 200Mbps. They don’t mention how close you’d have to be to reach 200Mbps but I figure you’d have to be no more than a stones throw away, as the crow flies.
