Samsung's Fuel Cell Breakthrough

Samsung’s Advanced Institute of Technology has developed a “direct methanol fuel cell” which uses a mixture of methanol, water, and air to generate electricity. While they have no products available that use the technology they expect some some hefty battery life out of their latest discovery when it does ship. PC World has more on the story.
