Samsung Develops Pair of Memory Breakthroughs

Yahoo! News has the story of Samsung’s recent breakthroughs in memory technology for both their flash memory and RAM lines. The “new” techniques deal with density, or how much they were able to cram into a space compared to old methods. This will all lead to more capable flash memory based media players and storage as well as gobs of memory for personal computers.
