Longhorn at WinHEC

Microsoft Watch seems to think Microsoft’s upcoming “Longhorn” operating system will dominate the Windows Hardware Engineering Conference this week. I wouldn’t bet against them, but they do have a questionable spec list that they believe Microsoft will recommend for the average Longhorn capable PC. The dual core CPU and 1terabyte of storage appears to be way over the top.
