Infineon Technologies, one of the larger DRAM manufacturers, is cutting back on its production of DDR SDRAM by 50% this month according to DigiTimes. They give a variety of reasons including giving production space to other IC products, but with the recent fall in memory pricing this may force a bit of a short term price jump.
