AnandTech has a review on some innovative memory from Kingmax. The Kingmax DDR500 Hardcore Memory uses “Tiny”BGA memory chips which, theoretically, offer better signal and thermal characteristics than what we’re used to seeing from run of the mill TSOP memory chips. Yes they even take the time to explain what TSOP and BGA is.
