X-bit labs is always on the look-out. This time they’ve dug up some information on Buffalo Technology’s DDR-II memory that will be hitting store shelves in Japan at the rock-bottom price of $915USD for a 512MB stick. Thankfully there aren’t any boards that support the standard out as of yet, it could be a rather pricey setup.
