ATI Catalyst 6.3 Released

ATI has released the latest version of their graphics drivers. Catalyst 6.3 has a number of bug fixes and some minor speed improvements but, most notably, they include ATI’s video transcoder. There’s also a new set of linux drivers available on their site.
