Red & Blackness has a test of the Alphacool Cora 6 Radiator system. The modular system fits in place of traditional fan cooled radiators and instead uses its massive surface area to pull heat from the cooling liquid. An innovative design but finding a place to mount that mass of aluminum would be a challenge.
