FrostyTech has a look at the Alpha PAL-8150 heatsink. The company used to be the choice in performance cooling a number of years ago matching a large copper slug with mounds of aluminum pins for great performance. A pity about the fan choice but it looks like it’d be a solid performer with quieter fans as well.
